Moving forward, you will no longer be required to include an order number for your RMA. Instead, you will be able to select the specific items and quantities you’re sending back
To file an RMA, simply log into your ReVamp Wholesale account. From there, follow the below easy steps:
- Go to the “My Account” page, and click the “RMA” button located on the left hand side menu.
- You are then going to select “Request New RMA” In the “RMA Product Search” portion, you will be able to search by product name or SKU number.
- Adjust quantities and add items as needed.
- Fill out all remaining information.
- Click “Submit Request!”
Can I warranty a ReVamp Wholesale part even after instillation?
You can! As long as there is no physical damage to the part, it will be covered under our Lifetime Warranty.
What if I receive a part damaged, or the part is damaged while removing it from the device?
While they are technically not covered under the Lifetime Warranty, damaged items will reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Please contact our Customer Relations team with any questions in regards to this.
I see you no longer do exchanges. Is that correct?
It is. As a courtesy to you, you will only be able to request “Reward Points” for return credit. This way, you can you can use your credit for any future order.
How much will I get for a credit?
You will be credited the current cost of the parts in your RMA-or enough to cover an exact exchange. With our frequent fluctuation of prices, you may even get more credit back than what you originally pay for the part!
Are Simple Snap screen protectors covered under this warranty?
Our Simple Snap screen protectors do come with a lifetime warranty of their own, and we do request that your customers file it through SimpleSnap.com.
