Spring is in full swing here at our Chicago facility. The weather has become bearable, the Hawks and the Bulls are both in the playoffs (don’t hate us!) and we’re getting ready to release some fantastic updates to our inventory and services.
But before we go into what’s going on this month, let’s talk about what happened in April.
April in Review:
Simple Snap POP Display Cases and Kits: After much anticipation, we finally released our Simple Snap POP Display Kits and cases, and you response has been fantastic!
USPS Service Interruption: As if tax season weren’t a headache enough, our USPS hub in Chicago underwent a service interruption in the week leading up to the close of it, causing many of your packages to be delayed a couple days. Our Customer Relations team was on it, keeping you informed regularly with updates as they came in.
Customer Feedback Survey: We sent out our Customer Feedback Survey so you could not only let us know how well we’re doing in all all areas of our company, but provide vital information needed to improve our services to you. Even though the survey is closed, we still want to hear from you. Inventory Expansion: We closed out April by expanding our iPhone 6 inventory as well as other iPhone inventory to include Grade A++ and Grade A assemblies, giving you more options for your business.
What to Look Forward to in May:
Updated RMA Process: We’re streamlining our RMA process on your end to coincide with our Lifetime Warranty. This way, you won’t have to select an individual order when submitting your returns.
International Accounts: If your business is located over seas and you’ve been wanting to purchase from us, you’re in luck! We will be opening up our business to international customers by the end of the month.
S6 and Note 4 Assemblies: We’re getting in Galaxy S6 and Note 4 Assemblies in as early as next week!
Website Updates: We’re updating our mobile site to be more user friendly. You will start to see the changes as early as tomorrow!
