Moving forward, we will now be having a segment in our blog reviewing the previous month, and letting you in on what’s going on in the month to come. We now present to you February’s Recap!
February in Review:
From the factory shut down during the Chinese New Year, to the relentless weather pummeling the northeast causing cross-country shipping delays, and even ‘Parks and Rec’ ending leaving much of the team with a lot of feelings, it seemed like February was trying to work against us here at ReVamp Wholesale.
But Chicago is a city that gets to work, and that’s exactly what we did. Our Warehouse team was on the ball making sure your orders were shipped promptly and accurately. When shipping delays occurred, our Customer Relations Team acted as a superb liaison between you and the shipping carriers to ensure you received your order as quickly as possible, by whatever means necessary. We worked diligently with our factory in China to ensure we were well stocked to meet your needs.
We also rolled out two MASSIVE upgrades to our services to you in February:
1.The Testing of ALL Our LCD Assemblies and Digitizers IN HOUSE
While our parts go under quality review before leaving China, we added a second line of defense by testing our LCDs and digitizers once they arrive in at our Chicago facility. This way, you can be absolutely sure that we are providing you with the best quality of parts available.
2. A LIFETIME Warranty on ALL of Our Parts
In the event that you do get a defective part, we now offer a lifetime warranty on our complete inventory, even after instillation. This way, you can focus more on providing an exceptional service to your customer without the worry of an expiring warranty.
In addition to these huge changes, we debuted a leaner mailing list, now giving you guys the option of receiving only the important information in your inboxes.

They’re coming! While we don’t have a firm ETA just yet, you can expect to see these available on ReVampWholesale.com for purchase by the end of the month, with pricing to follow within the next couple of weeks!
We want to make sure you have as much information at your fingertips as possible. Because of this, we are updating our shipping policy to include information about lost and late shipments. This way, you’ll know exactly what to do if you suspect something is wrong with your order.
A Better Blog:
We’ll admit it, our blog has been looking a little sparse lately. While we won’t let you in on too many secrets just yet, you can be sure that lots more stuff will be included in this little corner of the ReVamp world.
